State-Wide Rebrand

As part of a state-wide rebrand of NSW Health Pathology, Danthonia was contracted by Diadem to deliver signage to over 130 sites across New South Wales. With coordination efforts from Diadem and NSW Health Pathology project managers, Danthonia Designs supplied and installed signage in a planned rollout of 12 tranches. This project presented many challenges, from preventing raw material stock-outs to coordinating delivery schedules with two teams of installers working simultaneously. Despite unexpected disruptions due to COVID, each site was completed according to the programme. Danthonia successfully delivered the last sites in late 2022 previously delayed due to COVID access restrictions.
